And because you are lucky to be a Russian - a nation that I like, I will help you. But take a note for the next time. The dump that was pointed out to you has already been unlocked, all you have to do is clean it. With the tools you have already been shown. If you can't handle it, say so, we will help you further. And please, put a capital letter in the town where you living, because it is also the name of the one of greatest writers of all time and the town was named in his honor - Anton Chekhov, it is somehow irritating, at least for me.
Thank you so much for your support. I have several other similar devices with similar problems. If I need any help, I will definitely contact you.

Re: BIOS bin file for Dell latitude 7480

Greetings to all. There is another one of the same board, came without initialization, tried to clean the ME area, the result after cleaning the laptop starts, current consumption +- 0,500-0,600 mA, the indicator flashes orange twice and white once, the consumption drops to 0.300 mA and turns off. I threw out the chip from another board (it has a short circuit), a long initialization occurs, a picture appears, but it does not enter the Bios and turns off after a while. I tried to pour the old bios into the second chip, and with a clean ME area, the result is the same, there is no initialization, and the indicator is flashing. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong, I'm attaching all the files.

First of all read forum rules, secondly why you asking 7420 questions in a 7480 thread? Third, the dump you've uploaded is not OK, and fourth, the laptop is under warranty until 2024, so just call Dell support for assistance.

Tnx, tested your bios, but not worked. After startup Bios itself recoverd back to previous version, still also no TPM.
Also in BIOS Restore defaults menu has only one option- Bios default, no other options.

It happend after BIOS update, from ver 1.12-1.18 to version 1.25. Maybe it broke TPM firmware, witch was to old. Need to find TPM on motheboard.

Hi, I also checked the computer conf that came from the factory and it has not been in the TPM since the beginning. But why is there still a TPM error in the computer startup?
