I think it's a specialty fuse for protecting semiconductors? 2014 Infineon bought International Rectifier, so I would expect that fuse is obsolete and you'd have to find a substitute.
In the low current under 30A they are usually a cartridge fuse, not bus bar mount. I found A350-5 specs "250VAC 10kA interrupt rating, normal fast acting." but not making sense.
For protecting SCR, thyristors etc. but it must be HRC 200kA, very fast.

Try Littelfuse KLC series, they look the same size but 600VAC. Like KLC005 p/n 0KLC005.T
The end bars are in the middle of the diameter or maybe see what Bussmann or
    Ferraz Shawmut offers.

edit: maybe peel off the IR label.

The Eaton/Bussmann LCT Series, 6LCT seems to be an alternative to the IR A350-5

That might be better, no idea what "British Style BS 88" means, it seems to be a size 47mm end-end and 38mm between the bolt holes.
Littelfuse KLC is Imperial sized, 73mm 2-7/8" end-end.
