    Missing PP5V_S4RS3 on 820-00165-A

Hi, I am missing this power rail PP5V_S4RS3 on MacBook Air A1466 board # 820-00165-A. PP5V_S5 is present & 3.3v is present too. No liquid spill & very clean. The Magsafe LED turn to orange but no fan spin & cannot turn on. Can anyone help in this repairs. Mainly 5V rail is missing.

On the U7501 I am getting the Enable P3V3S5_EN_R of 3.3 volt but NO Enable P5VS4RS3_EN_R of 5 volts. I get 0 volts out here whereas it should be 3.4V if I am correct. P5VS4RS3_EN comes out from S4_PWR_EN & PM_SLP_S4_L ... I am missing PM_SLP_S4_L too, 0 volts out here... Where can the problem be????

PM_SLP_S4_L is pretty critical. Refer to Piernov's link above for the flow chart for the pre-requisites to get that signal.

But since you are dealing with a 820-00165 board, check to see if you are getting life on the other rails when you initially supply power. These boards have a thing where they will power on all rails right up to CPU Vcore, shut down, start again, then just shut off. You'll only see this behaviour when you first connect the magsafe.
