I referb LCD screens and often use a chroma tester model 27011 and 27012 to test data. My question is does or has anybody here had any experience with using the editing software for these testers? I mostly use the preset timing patterns but have been getting into some different resolution LCDs and running into timing/sync issues. Its just a matter of finding the right information on datasheets if I can find them for the panel I need at the time. I also have been reading about modelines, didn't know if anybody else here has any knowledge about this. My goal is to find a way to figure out "horiz front porch, sync width, etc. to enter into chroma editing software and get data on lcd.
