Take the resistance reading between the legs of c41, c42 to see if it will show low resistance.
You do have 160VDC feeding the +/-11V regulator circuits so may be there are problem in the regulator circuits, the Virtual GND ref circuit, broken traces when new caps are installed. You really need to inspect your works really well, it has to be some bad soldering works some where, The 680uF caps are OK otherwise you will not be getting the 160VDC, if you have doubt then you solder the 470uF back in place just to see.
