Acer aapire 3 A315 not turning on

Hello guys, im working on an Acer Aspire
    Board no: C5V01
    LA-E891P

I have 3.3V and 5v obvious the 19v, when i plug in the charger, the output coil on the charging section is getting hot when i plugin the charger and the battery same time, the board will not turn on, I've never seen a coil getting hot, can it be the 2 mosfets that charges the battery maybe.

When i plug in the battery alone, the laptop sometimes turns on and work well, but when you plug in the charger, it won't turn on and the coil on the charging section get hot, the laptop shows that it charging when the charger it plugged in, but won't turn on and the coil get hot
