pls help samsung R730 short

hi everyone
samsung R730 BREMEN-L3 1.1 091224-3
first the laptop was dead no power no led
i found a short , i replace the Q22 the laptop power on but ALL led's is on and the consumption of ampere is very high 4A and all power mosphets become very hot .

i found 9 ohm on L 13 and 13 ohm on L8 is it short or not ?.
what is the short source .

i need the schematic for this laptop
i found one but it is different

Can you tell us to which signal represents on L13/L8. If thet are on cpu/gpu lines, it may show low resistance.

L8 for chipset POWER (1.05v) .

Q22 and is UGTA for U513 and L8 is output coil
U513 (51117 ic) generate 1.05
L8 VOLTAGE =0.16v
u513 has the en signal on pin 1 and vcc on pin 4 but no outupt voltage .
i think it's time to replace u513 .
