Default la-b991p power up but no video

Hi, have a la-b991p that power up but has no video, no usb mouse or pendrive light, or acces.
Seems a problem like in this thread:

https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=72709

All voltages are present and main bios/ ec-bios are programmed with good dumps,

PLT RST goes low and then high, so seems that power up sequence are fulfilled also.

The weird thing is that there are no activity on spi bus.

Bios chip also replaced.

Any comments about this problem?

Sorry, PLT RST goes low and then high and then low, so it is a single pulse.

I didn't notice that there is some sulfate between pin 1 and 2 of kbc, but I remove the sulfate and check voltage of pin 2 (EC_KBRST#) and get 3v when power-on, so i think it is correct now but still doesn't work.

I will check carefully the rest of the board, and eventually replace the kbc.
