would I be right in thinking this may be a tcon board issue?

Soniq 75" N75UX17A-AU

All I have is this picture and the guy said that he bought it yesterday but something must have happened in transit.

Not sure if thats screen damage in the middle bottom or not?

looks like grouped dead pixels indicating panel damage i.m.o. (still learning though)
