dell AIO 3240 startup message

hello, i've a dell optiplex 3240 AIO (upgraded i5-6500 to i7-6700 / 2x4Go ddr3 1600/ hdd to ssd 240Go /w10 pro)

During startup two messages slows the startup (15-20 secs)

>> (A7) Me FW Downgrade - Request MeSpilock Failed <<

then

>> Error sending End of Post message to ME : HECI disabled, processing with boot ! <<

and then it boots normally


I'd like to clear those messages and boot directly.

Exept those messages at startup, the pc works fine under w10.
The bios version is the lastest (1.16) installled from windows update.
I've tried to install older bios version (1.5) but it doesn't change anything...

Does anyone has a simple method to erase these messages during startup ?

seems to be lots of information on these two errors

i've searched onlive.
There are tools do clean ME, but only for intel NUC, not for my dell 3240 AIO.

i got the same issue. ANyone can advise?

Tried all bios versionfrom dell website, still same issue.
