    Need Help IDing Diodes

can anyone help identifying these three diodes please? ive tried googling for 2 days with no success! They are from a Japanese audio board for a slot machine built my guess around 2000. They seem to have spec'd Japanese manufacturers for everything else. the approx dimensions are on the photos.
Curious right leaning tick mark on D1 & D2, backwards Z? on D3

    Thanks https://www.badcaps.net/forum/images/smilies/dunno.gif

Can you measure the voltage across D1 ?

      thank you for your interest:
I'm also attaching a picture of the surrounding board area in case that helps.
Probably a buck converter on bottom right. IC5 is a LM2596T-5

      Diode mode measure on DMM
      Forward Reverse
      D1 0.497 V 2.165 V
      D2 0.88 V 2.003 V
      D3 0.171 V 1.5 V and up- filling capacitor C8
Note assumed pin 3 single on top, pin 1 bottom left and 2 right
      Pin 2 not connected
Fwd measure pin 1 red probe, pin 2 black
      Reverse just opposite

        Re: Need Help IDing Diodes

Okay , but I wanted to measure voltages in DC volts mode , not in diode mode . Anyway , LM2596T-5 is a regulated DC 5v output at pin2 and usually 12v Unregulated input at pin 1 .
With black probe on pin3 of LM2596T-5, measure with the red one pin 1 and 2 , and next , both sides of D1.

No , It's a Zener Diode (SOT-23) BZX84C10 ..I forgot about this thread since he didn't reply ..I only need his reply to affirm D1 and D2 .

              Thanks to jiroy & kasfamily:
sorry been tied up and couldnt get back to the bench. one problem i have is this board had some shorts, and i had to remove an audio amp so the circuit is interrupted. i also dont have the power inputs or any output cables, so i have to sketch it out. i injected 12v at 500mA to get some measurements.
              pin1 to 3 of the voltage regulator 11.93V, pin 2-3 11.26V
              D1 forward 11.93V, Reverse 11.26V.
              Hope this helps

                Re: Need Help IDing Diodes

Injecting doesn't help .. the LM2596T-5 has an internal on/off switch , mostly triggered by the machine slot occurences .. Anyway , those parts are seemingly discontinued or discrete .

well thank you for your interest and comments. i believe you are correct, they seem to be at the least discontinued.
