if the lifepo4 battery has a protection board that emulates SLA then I don't see why not. You may get lower cycle counts (due to possible overcharge) but should mostly work... -

Is that the right link? There's no mention of LiFePO4, it only talks about SLA despite the website URL ".../12VDC-Micro-UPS-battery-backup-board-for-12.8V-LiFePO4-/-12V-SLA-battery.aspx"
You can see the board is your usual SLA linear charge controller 1.2A and a 10A power mosfet battery switch.Comment
