How big problem are insects for power supply?

If power supply has ventilation holes from which insects can enter, and it is near the lamp - that means insects are attracted. How bad is it? I found that my ceiling light's built in power supply had a ton of insects inside and in this case it did not seem to cause problem. But how is it in general?

For example one of the worst case scenarios would be

Or a little bit better would be:

Will they cause arcing with 230V AC?

If it is known that it's gonna attract insects is IP67 the only option or are these kinds of power supplies fine also? Indoor use can be assumed. The source of insects is simply open window during summer months.

Here is realistic expectation of insects:

    that's a very buggy design...

Mostly it's whether its ventilation is acceptable when bugs clog it up. The bugs will dry out and be insulative for electricity so that's ok but it will clog up airflow, possibly causing overheating. Some PSUs may not even need the vents. So really it depends, but adding some baffle to prevent bugs from entering would be prudent.
