Strix 980 ti 5v rail problem and no ram voltage

Hello i have problem with 980ti strix 5v rail is mess up, and i havent ram output
If you have any advice it will be great. I changed yellow thing on the back, because it was missed. How to diagnose them (yellow thing). I have microscope
so if you want see something let me know.
