UE40D5500 restarting

Hello,
I have this tv and when turn it on it work 10 sec then restart and come back and restart again and again.
Is this common issue and can be fixed?
I unplug all hdmi and other sources and didn help

I will open it tomorrow. Is there any common issues on which have to pay attention.

someone reported succes by entering service menu and rapidly do reset.

Cool the nand memory with freeze spray, reset to factory settings and update to the latest software from the manufacturer.
If this does not work, turn on the TV and cool down while the TV is running.

Okey, i will try but i think i cant do this in3-5 sec whic is the time after restarts.

How can i enter service menu?

Can i spray over over the chip when tv is turned on? How much spray should i use?

Which is the nand memory chip?

As long as the ice remains on the nand.

Replacing the nand with a newly programmed chip is the way to go. Its a guaranteed way that the tv will live longer. I only did one by freezing and the set bounced back after a week.

I order from aliexpress and reprogram them myself. But it looks great from the reviews and I would give it a go!

If i buy this from ebay, and replace it. It will work or i have to program it?
Or will worked that i just instal firmware with usb?

This tv model is very mysterious, it is been fixed in many ways by various technicians, i remember one of them that solved by resoldering the nand flash, i think there is a common soldering problem by factory that trough time it corrupts the nand writings therefore the filesystem... so you can try resolder it, enter srv menu, reset, then update software..
Settings reset can be made sometimes by unplugging power, jumper with screwdriver pins 5,6 of settings eeprom, plugging power, wait 5 sec. then release jumper, in other way erasing it by programner..

The only way to fix rebooting the D5500 TV series of samsung is buy replacing the nand ic and only buy a perfect tested and without any bad blocks nand, it needs a special procedure to eliminate bad blocks inside a new nand chip to be replaced and always with the right firmware. There are some Slovenian sellers to buy 100% working nands from ebay that also can make updates and have a perfect smart hub working.

Hello. I'm new in that types of repairings. How to reprogram flash? Is the software from broken one is good for install on the new one flash? Or did you get it from the samsung website?
