Got a score on Facebook marketplace, found this capacitor that looks like it is blown, does anyone have a part number for the IC below it? It is not connected to any ground, the other caps nearby are connected.

If you could provide a zoomed-out photo it may help people here ID it. I recently had an issue where another user here helped, ultimately finding my part on another card with different markings. Yet, the same part.
The markings on this don't return anything so a good idea of it's location could help the search. -
