Hi Folks,
Long story short, this Medion Erazer Defender E15 stopped working after a lightning storm. The client took it to the local service tech, who failed to fix it and then proceeded to send it to another 2 service techs (mates) to attempt the repair. After all those pairs of hands, the laptop finally came to me... It's a HIROSHIMA!
They removed the KBC chip and didn't return it, did some weird botch job with the soldering etc.
Here's my shout-out to the ether and hope some shining knight in gold armor will hear my plea. I believe I can repair this laptop all I need are photos of the front, back of the motherboard, and a close-up of the KBC which has the part number printed on it so I can find a replacement as the original has been thrown away by the first 3 clowns who worked on it.
So the laptop details are as follows
Medion Erazer Defender E15 MD62299
MSN 30031967
Serial No: 2109NH77EJQMKAP2000034
Motherboard: nh77ejq-m
Cheers and godspeed folks!
