I tried cleaning ME from your file with newest ME from dell update exe, FIT won't load after decomposing, and UEFITool won't replace it either. I do not have the skills to manipulate your file in order for it to ask for the service tag. Your file must be put together, 8MB plus 16MB, in that order, making it 24,576 KB. Hopefully someone else can help you.
