i could not find u2501 anywhere only u2502 and its blanch with no chip.

also which chip do you need marking for and i can get that for you not sure which is ic

IC is integrated circuit. U2501 is located under right edge of the foil that covers cpu backplate.

I just meant that bios chip is also an ic, cuz it have complex internal structure.
