    Esprimo Q9000

    actually, it is a desktop but with laptop motherboard.
    the cpu is getting hot but no display:
    5v, 3.3v 1.08v are present when off mode with ac on
    here are the pictures:
    i already changed ram with no success

    try another CPU that's the 1st generation so maybe you get lucky.
    Just cook it! It's already broken.

        you saw the CPu tested working in another unit?
        Just cook it! It's already broken.

          the cpu is core i3. i tested instead core i5, but still not working. i am going to test the cpu on other board

            maybe they are not compatible or the cpu its not good.
            seen them go bad
            Just cook it! It's already broken.

              i tested the cpu on other laptop and it is great

                note: i tried to flash the bios but i have a problem with the bios file:
                when i read the eprom it is 25q64 and the file i saved is 8mb but the bios on the site of the board is 2mb.

                  I have the same pc, sometimes it starts and sometimes it does nothing at all, as if there was no power.
