MSI R9 380 4GB 12V resistors or fuses not populated???

Hi, I have this card with the fuses, resistors or whatever they should be not populated from factory, maybe the seller scammed me or im comming crazy, but as I can see, there never where something there, have a look, what do you think?

More fun comes when I saw a Dicky96 video with same card and he meassured the 6pin fuses (the ones im talking about) and he finds that they are open (but as far as I can see there is nothing there, just pads)

Does anyone has same card??? schematics says they should be there.

The card shows artifact green line but pc doesnt post beep

Thats the funny part, they seem not to be populated form factory, aux 12V goes to other places but not important, still testing it with tserver
