GTX 1060, Recognized but no display, error 43

Hi,
I have a inno3d 1060 6GB iChill 3 fans, that i got scammed for and I am trying to repair.

my situation:

• RGB on, Fans spin on start, No display
• booting with integrated graphics is in few seconds.
• The card is detected by GPU-Z but shows 0 memory
• I can read and write BIOS without any problems.
• I have already tried several BIOS versions but this did not change anything.

my mats test results:

mats version 400.184. Testing GP106 with 20 MB of memory starting with 0 MB.

i have no repairing or electrical engineering experience but i think it's not possible that all memory chips are faulty, so either its a faulty chip in the board or a voltage issue "have not done any voltage tests", what do you guys think?, if its a faulty chip how can i find it.

Its not possible that all bits are faulty. what i would suggest is with GPUZ to check what is the VRAM modules brand showing and then physically opening the graphic card and checking the VRAM brand on the modules. I suspect the VRAM modules may have been changed. Its just a guess though. but i would check this first as it gets detected.

Do you get the backlight on the monitor come on after around 40 seconds if plugged into card?

errors on all chips? i will check some voltage on memory ine or some data lines

Hello! Did you fix your device? I have a similar problem with my Gtx 1050 ti 4gb Gigabyte Windforce and i don't know what to do.
