Palit GTX 780 Jetstream not detected

Hi Guys!

I have a Palit GTX 780 Jetstream card.
The motherboard doesn't detect the GPU but fans are spinning with normal speed.
I measured the main voltages and I found memory voltage (1,498V) and the core voltage (0,911V) and 12V, 3.3V, 5V.
But I dont know, where could find the PEX voltage.
Anybody can help me for that problem?

I got a suggestion and I tried this GPU in x1 riser and linux is sees the card.
But in the PCIe x16 slot the motherboard can't detect GPU.

I tested this GPU in the riser card as I mentioned and I took a picture from display.

I run MATS on this GPU and the I attached the result.
