    Soyo MoBo

    Hello from Argentina!
I hope you don´t mind my bad english! I have a Soyo MoBo for a Pentium III processor. Its model number is 7VA...something else I don´t remember by now. And yes, I´m suffering from the "badcaps" illness!
I want to know which specifications must the new quality capacitors fulfill in order to buy the proper ones.
Another thing it would be helpfull is if someone can tell me if I should remove and replace ALL OF THEM, no matter whether they "look well".
    Well thats all for today![/b]

Hi and welcome to the forums!

If you're looking for a place to buy some caps, try www.digikey.com, they will ship internationally. They're a bit pricey, but should have what you need.

I recommend replacing everything 680uF and up, and all low-ESR caps, even if they look ok. I got an FIC board in, which all the caps looked fine, but they were shot all the same.
