Zotac ZBOX-ID41 Stuck in boot loop

    Hello guys!

I got a Zotac ZBOX-ID41 (P/N: 240FA169103ZT) that refuses to POST and keeps rebooting.

Here is what I tried already:

    - Reseting the bios (both by removing CMOS battery temporarily and using the jumper headers in every possible combination)
    - Flashing bios from manufacturer (From here: http://old.zotac.com/en/products/min...downloads.html)
    - Replacing CMOS battery
    - Using RAM in other slot
    - Using different (known working) RAM
    - Not using any RAM (when doing this, it beeps, so it gets to a certain point in the POST)

I measured the following voltages on all inductors while running:

To me everything seems to be OK, but the machine keeps restarting every ~5 seconds with no error beep codes and nothing displayed on screen. When connecting a keyboard hitting the caps lock button does not register (so no POST).

Do you guys have any ide what might be the problem here?
    Thanks in advance!

nVidia isn't usually the best at doing chipsets. (as in MCP/PCHs)

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried reflowing the chip with 260 celsius on the heatgun for ~2 minutes but it still does the same. I think its time to consider this board dead.
