iMac 820-3481 no power.

hello
I have an iMac works perfectly without rtc cell .the moment I put the cell back and the I see on S5 lite and then go to power on the S5 disappears for a sec but does not power on.If anyone can help me where I should look for problem.

Just curious, have tried using a different battery and doing an NVRAM/PRAM reset? Sometimes it needs it cleared/reset with hardware a change (the RTC cell counts with this) or you could have a battery that doesn't have enough voltage to pass the startup diagnostics performed with every boot/power on.
