Default gtx 285 Are this resettable fuse ok?

Hi. I have problem with my graphics card.
The dvi connector lacks of 5v power.
I check ic and mosfet arround them no sign of faulty
But when i check the resettable fuse have 65ohm resistance. Its mean blown ?
And i dont know what value it is. The code P 020
Btw this is an old gtx 285 cards

Yes it is open.
