I have a XFX RX580 which does not have any display. I checked all voltages are OK, 12V, 3.3V, Core Voltage, VRAM voltage all OK. The clock is generating signal(good sine wave on pin 6). Now the BIOS chip depending on the one i switch to, on pin1 is stuck on High and the oscilloscope shows a continuous square wave and does not stop even after 15 or 20 sec when i turn on the machine. It does the same on the second BIOS chip as well. I am not able to figure out what to make of this. As far as I know the chip select signal on pin 1 stays on for only 2 sec and goes off and while its on it generates a square wave and then disappears. But in this case the square wave does not go off even after 20 sec or more. Can anyone make anything of what's happening.
