"We have offered them (the Arabs) a sensible way for so many years. But no, they wanted to fight. Fine! We gave them technology, the latest, the kind even Vietnam didn't have. They had double superiority in tanks and aircraft, triple in artillery, and in air defense and anti-tank weapons they had absolute supremacy. And what? Once again they were beaten. Once again they scrammed [sic]. Once again they screamed for us to come save them. Sadat woke me up in the middle of the night twice over the phone, 'Save me!' He demanded to send Soviet troops, and immediately! No! We are not going to fight for them."

Yup, that's what it stands for in Europe.

Exactly where it and a vast majority of other electrolytics belong.

I also have the same "HL" series capacitors from "WC". First I thought it was just a "C" with a crown on top, later I checked out the capacitor ID site, and they showed it as WC and possibly Hermei.

And indeed, here is their datasheet. HK's datasheet shows it as lower ESR than Panasonic FC, so I wonder why HL is shown as a general purpose capacitor (Albeit a "Long Life 5000 Hours Edition). In any case, I thing Samxon RS will be just fine as a replacement (Since it has a specialized 10mm diameter).

I will leave it to your judgement if HL is low ESR like HK or not.
