Nvidia 980 component identification, no FBVDD

    Hi,

I'm trying to identify the pictured IC. 2 pins of the IC ring in diode mode to gate 1 of a dual n-channel MOSFET. Google search "2Y=2F" and "10S" yield no results. I've tested voltages of NVDD, FBVDD, 12V, 5V, 3.3V, PEX to ground and all seem fine except FBVDD which is 0V, so now I'm tracing the connections to the MOSFET and got stuck on this 2y=2f IC. Any help with identification, datasheets, boardviews etc. welcome.

FBVDDQ resistance is 160 ohm which could be ok. Visual inspection of board reveals there are no missing or burnt components. I'm not seeing any obvious shorts when poking around memory MOSFETS and the memory driver with the multimeter. The NVDDQ is powered by 8 DrMOS. There is a slight voltage drop between gate high and switch of the first drmos ~20mV and on the second drmos ~60mV. Each drmos is on its own phase, 4 phases from controller go through doublers.
Which makes me think if there is a problem in 1 phase of core, could that be turning off the memory phase? I don't think so but maybe I could get some clarification. Also it is impossible to trace the enable and some Vin-s on these controllers as they pass through a bunch of transistors which are open when the pcb is not powered. No idea how to proceed further here.
