Old owner change the thermistor by another part ??? and didn't work

I repair all other problem, but I need this part for finish this board ( part ntc7001 )

It is a SCK056, If the thermistor was bad, the relay contacts are also bad.

Relay is ok. I tested outside the board.

I don't know why the old owner change the thermistor by a ceramic capacitor ???? but I changed one bad ceramic capacitor and a mosfet in the primary section and I continue to checking part...

Thanks for the help I appreciate

May I ask how did you test the relay contacts condition?

I remove the relay from the board and with a bench power supply and multimeter I test a lot of time to know if the contact was ok and not damaged.

The new thermistor will tell you after operating for a few hours if the contacts are ok or not.
