Hi folks.
Those of you having the instant green light then click to red and the
3104 313 60173 power supply board The fix is capacitors C2533,2540,2541,and 2508. They are all 100uf 16v surface capacitors.

Just had a 42PF5521 with same issue. 2508 is the critical cap. The rest are under much less stress and unlikely to fail.
Sometimes the set will throw a 2 blink code.
