Then post your non working bios here. there are two different bids for quanta Y11A mb. Need to understand your bios's BID number.

The bios attached by you in the second row is hp virgin bios and your bid is 0227D. If flashing this bios doesnt help, then its not a bios problem assuming you have already flashed kbc. I think time to measure signals.

I tried this bios it is restart a one minute after the display went off and the fan accelerated.
