How to find smd badcap onboard ? (Tool, method)

Hello, if 5 capacitors are in parallel, and one of them is shorted, how to find the shorted one without disolder anything ? And except courant injection.
It's seems not possible but maybe there is trick or tool working ?

Ultra low resistance meter ? Maybe with heat ? If cap is shorted, it become conductor, so conductor of heat too. And maybe a heating element at a side of cap and thermalmeter at other side and mesure time for reach a valor ?

So have you seen or tested such tool or method pls ?

no, esr-100 is for capacitors testing off-board.
        not for finding shorts
