bright spots after convert lcd to led tv

hi to all
I change my lcd (fleurecent lamp) tv philips 32pfl5405 inches to led tv
and i have the problem with bright spots like the bellow video
Can someone tell me tips to reduse this problem ?

You can have this problem if LED's are without lenses.
Also some lenses work better than others.
In some cases LEDs should be super tiny to work properly with lenses.
You can get improvements with more LEDs, more distance between LED's and screen (not practical).
Do you have diffuser sheet under screen? You may need to add more of these, you can get them from another TV with broken screen.

something else i want to ask under the flueresent cathode lamp that this white sheet had in the beginning is not reflective?
I have placed above this the leds are wrong;
Do I have to drill holes like on a regular led TV or discard this sheet and use a new one from the above address?

It would be helpful if you could post pictures of your setup and how backlight is currently working

Sir I do not have photos to show you at the moment but the result of the conversion is exactly the same as the address I gave you in the video above where it says
notice you can see the bright spots but its not too bad

not that bad? Looks pretty awful to me! I think you need to change the lenses on top of the LEDs first. Then play around with the reflector etc.

You are trying to make something work that was never supposed to be that way.
It’s going to be a try and see kind of situation. I don’t think anyone here has tried to convert a TVs backlights.

It’s cheaper to just buy a new tv, especially a 32” Phillips. Wouldn’t even waste my time

Search for cheap 32" TV with LED backlight and broken screen
Harvest LED's , diffuser sheets and white background reflector also
Pay attention to diffuser sheets order and orientation.
Adapt to your LCD frame.
Solve power for LED's
Job done.
