Hp pavilion dv 7 with no power

please I have this HP pavilion dv 7 laptop, power jack LED doesn't on when you put in the charger and after checking the board i only get 19v under 8 pin ic closer to the power socket,please if anyone can help me solve this problem i will be grateful.

any 5v, 3v? if not check charger. please provide more information

check pu101 (bq2474) pin 2 . what voltage is there?

charger gives me 19v and 3.3v but when i plug it in the power jack I get only 19v and no 3.3v

tell me what voltage u get on PL102 with and without battery. it shoul be 12v with battery and 3v without battery

I don't get any voltage when I put charger or battery at PL102

do you have a linear lab power supply? if yes just set it to 19v, 5 amps and probably your charger will get verry hot. if yes, change the charger. your problem is there or in output fets

Make sure that you use original charger i have had where the universal did not work
have a look at page 45

the charger am using is 18.5v - 6.5A

in the passed i have had no power/led/charger led off/
and has been the charger
