Hello,
Just finished replacing all 10 backlights on this LG and hooked the panel back up and now I'm worried It has a damaged panel.
There is no physical damage that I can see on the panel, ribbons or panel boards. And reseating the ribbon cables to the t-conn or flexing the panel ribbons have no effect on the display.
I have attached a photos of the display under different conditions.
The photo with the solid back bar at the bottom is turned on with everything connected.
The photo with the Whited out 4 quadrants is with the t-conn disconnected from the panel.
The photo with the snow was disconnecting one t-conn ribbon while the display was on.
And the other two are turning it on with either ribbon disconnected.
Do you think this is the T-conn at fault or the panel?
