Default Help with an DMI for ideapad

Hello

Do any one have a tool to add the missing serial number to ideapad lenovo
like HP the DMI tools.

Try this one. It's for Lenovo with Compal MB. Make a bootable DOS usb stick and run EEPROM.exe with the proper commands. Other instructions are included.

There's another Compal tool wich works better for some specific Lenovo models but it's lost somewhere in my stuff.

In case your MB is from any other manufacturer it will require different tools.

I recommend making a backup of the BIOS first because in case you write wrong DMI info you can restart from scratch.
