Default Medion Laptop MD99310 Mainboard C15M REV2.0

Hello everybody
the laptop has no display but with HDMI I get the signal to external monitor signal, I have already cleaned the mainboard unfortunately did not help me

is there also a circuit diagram?

can jamand help me further?

You don't need Schematics for some Basic Things and for Medion there is rarely Something Like that available.

Start with Sharing a HQ Picture of the internal Display Connector.

The easy way Would be to Check with another working Display First before troubleshooting the motherboard.

I have windows 10 via external monitor with HDMI but not laptop screen

The simplest way:
01.Check whether its LVDS or edp
02.Check no of pins on lvds/edp connector-30 or40 pins.
03.Grab any schematic with similar connector
04. Now you can check what is missing.

Take a good clear picture of the display connector on the motherboard. See the attached picture ,the area circled in red

EDP means Embedded Display Port
