Default Macbook Mid 2012 NO Keyboard + Trackpad after GPU Change

Hello,
somebody know what could happen ?

After Change the GPU with Rework station (BD82HM77 - SLJ8C) on pcb the keyboard + Trackpad + 1 of the usb ports are no more working.
(the second usb directly beside is working)

The device starting fine and all other functions are ok(wlan, ect.)

By soldering process the BD82HM77 make a little bubble on the top (i think the ic wasnt dehumidified enoght). is it possible that is the reason`?

thnx for help
