Are you sure your model is L502X and not L501X?? The bios for both platform is totally different.

L502X=Quanta GM6C mb, Intel HM65 Chipset
L501X=Quanta GM6B Mb, Intel HM55 Chipset

Try the bios attached. Its specific to HM55 Chipset Quanta GM6B Mb. Verify the mb code first.
