Unfortunately it was not possible to fix it. I replaced the RT8231AGQW and made the measurements. Everything looked fine. I connected the power supply and the LED light came on for a moment. After two seconds, the short-circuit protection was activated in the power supply. I took the measurement again. It turns out there is a shorted + 19v line through the DDR and VVT power mosfet. I removed the mosfet and made a measurement - still short circuit. I tried to inject 1.2V. The circuit was drawing 6A but nothing warmed up. I used freeze to locate the damaged element. I was hoping it wasn't a CPU, but well, it's a damaged CPU after all.
Thank you for your willingness to help.

Can I replace the CPU from Lenovo to Asus with the same number on ym3500c4t4mfg?

I am in the same boat as you, and found that the mosfet q8802 is were the power stops. I am new to the soldering gig so this is more of a side weekend project at this point. I know this post is old, but I am going to try and replace the q8802 once I get the chance.
