![]() My Sony KD-70X690E has started behaving strange. The system takes a very long time to turn on. Once it is on, the display is very dim and seems to be very blue.
All HDMI ports behave the same, as well as the built in apps, and the menus. The audio seems to be fine, as does the wireless connection. I have tried doing a factory reset in the picture/color areas but the same result is seen. The main Sony logo is not seen during boot, despite being set to display. I know this is very little to go on, so are there any next steps that can be done to better help diagnose what the issue is? Thanks in advance. -Travis |

![]() X690E series have backlights that turn blue. They may also burn out and give 6 blink error code. https://techhometravel.com/lg-49uj65...e-purple-tint/ Extremely difficult to remove the panel on a 70 in TV without damaging it.
