E6440 Shout Down After 20 second laptop auto run

hello guys,

Model: Dell Latitude E6440 When I close my laptop, it opens automatically after 20 seconds. I don't have any match in any of the EC bios nets. If you take a bios from the net, the display doesn't come. I gave two of my bios. If you give me a little bios, I will benefit. Thank you all.

my bios is display run but not shutdown 20second sometime run

You MUST:
