The BIOS chip is MX25L6473E 8MB chip, yours is 4MB file.
Is that correct ?

Here try this one,built from the extracted bios update 1E8 - 4001e7 , merged with your bios backup and cleaned the ME , + 73C000 - 73DFFF .

It turns out a dead VGA problem. But I will definitely keep the file for future use.
