As the tittle says this board has CPUIMVP_VR_ON, but no PPVCORE_S0_CPU.
I replaced the pwm MAX17511 chip but nothing changes.
An intersting function with this chip is that you can force the output for PPVCORE_S0_CPU to be 1.05V, so I have grounded pin 1 of R7469 and tested that MAX17511 works as expected, but the board still no POST.
From datasheet:
A good bios dump have been tested, just in case.
Anyone managed to solve a similar issue?
Seems the same issue like in this post:

From datasheet:
Thermal-Sense Input for Regulator A. Connect THERMA to a resistor/thermistor-
divider network between V CC and THERMA to analog ground. The VR_HOT# is
pulled low when the voltage at THERMA or THERMB drops below 0.5 x V CC .
If THERMA is held low at startup, REG A is forced in to non-zero V BOOT mode with
an output voltage of 1.05V (MAX17411/MAX17511/MAX17511T)
