I am looking for a schematic of Toshiba Satellite NB10-A.

    Hello!
I'm looking for a schematic for repairing Toshiba Satellite NB10-A.
I searched on the internet, but I couldn't find it, so I posted it with the help of everyone in the world.
    The motherboard says "HannSter JMV-4 94V-0 E89382 1427 NA10 MAIN BOARD REV: 2.2".
    Thank you for your help.

        Please tell me more.
The terminals of "Q8103" and "Q8102" on the board are corroded, so I would like to replace them, but even if I search for "2202AQ22" on the chip, the information does not come out.
If anyone knows more information, please let me know.
        Thank you.

I'm looking for a chip labeled "2202AQ22" in the photo.

I am currently repairing the Toshiba satellite NB10-A, but I would like to replace it because the chip marked "2202AQ22" in the attached photo is corroded.
However, "2202AQ22" does not seem to be the name of the chip, and even if I look it up on the Internet, I am in trouble because I do not know the detailed information.
I think it's a MOSFET, but if anyone knows more information, please let me know.

            2202 AQ22 could be a sino power SM2202NSQE - https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?p=1018935

Q8102 and Q8103 can be replaced with a Vishay SiA432DJ

              Probably the same thing.
I searched for "SM2203NSQE" on AliExpress and found some hits.
I will buy it as a trial and exchange it.
It will take some time to transport, so I will report the result.
              Thank you very much.

Re: I am looking for a schematic of Toshiba Satellite NB10-A.

                Hello.
I received the parts for the "SM2203NSQE" that I was told, so I replaced it and it worked normally. Thank you very much.
However, the personal computer itself has not been fixed, and as a result of various investigations based on the BoardView I received, even if I replace it with a new part in a situation where normal voltage is not output from multiple pins of the "U8300", there is no change and it does not fix. in trouble.
If you have any hints, please let me know.

                No.11: 0.539V (estimated normal value: 1.35V)
                No.15: 6.52V (estimated normal value: 1.35V)
                No.16: 3.298V (estimated normal value: 5V)
                No.19: 0.029V (normal value unknown)

                * I replaced the "U3001" with new parts, but no change was seen.

Another possibility is that the BIOS data may be dead, but in that case, is it possible to fix it by writing the BIOS data attached to another thread with a ROM writer?

                Thank you.
