Mosfet marking AOP (AUQ) datasheet or ID

looking for datasheet or ID of the chip has marking AOP AUQ. I checked on two other boards that i have and they show AOP AUR and AOP AUK.

    or its A0P?

    thanks

      it's on an Nvidia Shield.

attached a picture of voltages on a working board.

on the non working board, i have 5v only on pin 3 (under letter Q). other pins read 0 volts.

I found the Micrel MIC5320 that is a dual output regulator, but has the wrong pinout

just an update on the image with voltages. 1.8v should be 0.8v and pin with 0v should be between 0.4xV to 1.xxV voltage changes depending on load?
