    Help me! XFX DD R9 280X

    Hello. Ic Q19 is missing on my video card. Can you say the name of the part of Q19 ic?

    i might be wrong but that chip probably (more than sure ) has to be the Vbios chip of the card

      Since it is listed as Q19 I suspect it could be a mosfet, check if any of the pads are connected together. If it was an IC it would likely be listed with a "U" like U300 above it

        Hello. Thank you, I solved the problem and you answered correctly. Double mosfet connected to the U702 (APW7165C) controller.

            But I have another problem. The U900 (uP1509P) supply voltage is not output. Mosfets are solid, but I can't test the U900 without datasheets!

              I did some checking and the uP6122 seems to be the same pinout. Also this manual has a uP1509, PU9 on Page 90
