    Cheap LED backlight replacements?

I have an LG 42LN540V that is blowing LEDs. Blew the first one at Christmas, didn't have a spare so just pulled it off and jumped with solder. This week it blew another one (different strip). I'm weighing up whether to replace all the strips as I suspect it's going to keep doing it.

I see complete replacement strip sets for £12 from Ebay. This seems way too cheap to be true to me. Does anyone have any experience with these? Am I better off buying a used OEM part?

    Cheers

When LEDs start dying it's time to replace all of the strips with new.
A whole set from Ali is even cheaper than from ebay and will arrive in about 10 days.
I've just bought a set for an identical LG.

Thanks, thought this was the case. I'll get some strips ordered for the next time it inevitably goes kaput.

I used to replace individual LEDs but when a whole set is delivered for less than £15, there is no point.
